We were passing through Radolfzell and stopped here after a long day behind the wheel. We were greeted with the question of whether we had made a reservation. We said no, whereupon the waitress grimaced. I swear the next time something like this happens to me, I'll march out right away. There were enough tables free, so we graciously got one anyway. To eat: mediocre salad, over-spiced dressing. Pizzas good, really ok in terms of taste, a bit too thick rim with way too much semolina. Very small, doesn't look so good when the edge of the pizza is 1.5 cm from the edge of the plate. Price-performance ratio therefore out of the question. My rosé was also quite ok. My husband had a pilsner that was 3/4 empty when the pizza was served. Normally, shortly after the meal has been served, you are asked whether everything is OK. is. But here the service was busy with other things. It only came after we had eaten our pizza, by which time my husband was already sitting on dry land for 15 minutes. I gave this to the waitress as feedback. Response: none. None at all. Underground.

Most unfriendly service in Germany !!!! First: I'm not a nag or a moan, but it can't be. Went to eat there with the family. The food was ok (pizza a bit dry), and not the best pasta either. The service was totally unfriendly (no good day or something, just cashing in, no thanks or something.) And finally the sentence: Where did the chair come from? Not exactly friendly (not easy to describe here).

inattentive, overwhelmed service; Pizza had no taste whatsoever and the batter had nothing to do with wood-fired pizza. I don't usually write reviews, but here I thought it was necessary. I understand in the times of Corona, but an Italian pizzeria should at least halfway manage a pizza.

Very good pizza, crispy batter, well topped, we've never had such a good pizza de mare. My 10-year-old son was in heaven.

Pizza came quickly, but the taste was not very convincing. The batter was crumbly and the pizza was extremely greasy. There was nothing left to taste of the wood stove. The biggest problem seems to be the organization. We had three waitresses and in our case the staff was either friendly, but had insufficient language skills, or language skills, but didn't know which daily offers are on the entrance sign, or knowledgeable about the language and informed but not even tried to be friendly. In Corona times I have the greatest understanding for the stress that some professional groups have, but if a price is only given orally at the end and the customer asks whether the amount is made up, I would also expect an apology in these times, if a € 9 salad sneaks onto the bill for no reason. Especially since the prices are already at sea level anyway. No further visit planned, but I think the concept doesn't necessarily rely on regular guests either.

Mega tasty and affordable, easily stressed service, but there is always a lot going on! Stone oven pizza that makes you want more :)

A great restaurant. The pizza is even made in a real stone oven. You can taste it and it is ready super quickly. As a guest in the restaurant, you have a wonderful view of the oven and, if you want, you can look over the shoulder of the chef.

They have a wood oven but not a good pizzaijolo ... What a shame ... It could be better ... The pizza didn't taste good.

Price / performance ratio does not fit. Pizza Margherita only crust and cheese, no trace of tomatoes or tomato sauce, carprese was a scoop of mozzarella and 1! Tomato, pasta with four kinds of cheese sauce too little for the money. Water way too expensive because it comes from a tap. No receipt is offered. Unfortunately, it occurred to me too late to ask about it. No card payment possible. Are often in Radolfzell, but not there anymore.

First of all, I was self-employed in catering for many years. When I go to a restaurant, I always pay attention to how the staff behaves, whether they are attentive and how they identify with their workplace. I have been to this pizzeria many times, it always tasted good there and I felt comfortable there. Last time I visited, conditions and the cook were probably having a bad day. My spaghetti was floating in oil and was not tasty ..... no comparison to my last visits. With the conditions, I had the feeling that they were happy when the guests ate quickly and left the table. Maybe it's due to the Corona period. Next time it will be better😉

Pizza: The dough tastes of sand. There is more topping on the pizza than dough. Extremely greasy. Service: The pizza came quickly but tasted accordingly. After we asked for the bill we had to wait half an hour :(. Drinks: Order beer and get a non-alcoholic one. Remaining drinks were fine

A lot of cheese alone does not make a good pizza - yesterday we were unfortunately disappointed by the pizza we ordered - too small, far too much cheese, quite tasteless - and at really high prices! We will definitely not come again ...

The location in the alley in Radolfzell is quiet and central. There are cozy places inside and outside places are also available. The service is very friendly and quick. The menu is very large and varied. The pizzas taste delicious, but for me the cheese taste is much too overlapping. In addition, the pizzas for the price are a bit small in comparison in my opinion.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever visited in my life. Food was non eatable. We ordered pizza, did not expect water in it! Usually, cola has soda in it, with bubbles right? It apparently doesn't here. When we confronted the waitress, she was really rude. She interrupted while we wanted to explain the situation. At one point, she said what she had and just turned her back and disappeared. I have never seen such an obnoxious waitress ever! A real waste of a wonderful classic wood burning pizza oven. The pizza was small and was nothing special. It's not bad food, but more in line with what you would expect from a delivery place.
